Be crime do gay

PayPal is transphobic

Today is the International Day Against Queerphobia (also known as Internatiol Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia), which is quite a coincidence given the topic of this post is quite related…

Writings 0

Phew, just in time for April 2022 ^^ I've been sorta into writing some, uh, stories recently? Not sure whata call't. This one's kinda smut except not exactly since't doesn't involve anything necessarily sexual. Anyway, who says ya can't post smut on ur blog? I didn't put't directly into this post ofc. This way I can give a link w a trigger warning, n also remove the thing later on'f I wanna without removing this post (yk, this site's madea last etc.).

Plurality and BDSM roles

Turns out we had a post t'least once every month so far since December 2020 (n actually every month since we started back in Jul 2020 barring Nov 2020). N we kinda didn't wanna break that streak, n I did actually've a post in mind.

Our Matrix server is up again

As you may have noticed, our Matrix server has been down recently. Now, it has been up for the last few days, however, we were waiting a bit to publish this post, wanting to set up the bots first. We had some trouble installing NixOS on the corresponding machine, however, especially over the last days as the nixos-unstable channel was blocked, forcing us to switch to nixos-unstable-small. Now, however, these are running too, and our JSON Feed bot even received an update.

Nitter

So uh, we set up Nitter, over at tw.artemislena.eu. Also, Matrix isn't currently working, we hope it will work soon after it has synced stuff, but can't guarantee anything. A lot of people tried to reach us over Jami instead, which didn't work, so we aren't officially reachable over that anymore, meaning currently, you should probably try either Signal or e-mail (or CryptPad, if you have to). Alternatively, fc17 has an alt at fairdust.space. And yeah, that's it.

Major data loss

So… TL;DR: We lost all of your data created after 28th November 2021 at midnight… No, we probably can't get it back for you… Yes, I am terribly sorry, this affected us as well… a lot… anyway… Matrix data should be mostly recoverable, we hope, except for password resets and new accounts, I suppose… that would have to be recreated… also anything that isn't federated… and perhaps some things that are… Invidious and Plik data from after the date above are definitely gone… static webserver data is still there… and no, I don't think I need any lectures on data safety right now; we've learned our lesson…

Client defined condition naming

So… first of all, despite the possibly technical sounding title, this isn't a post on programming, networking, or the like… If you came here expecting that… sorry to disappoint you… This is on my (and actually our) personal takes on nosology, clinical psychology, and psychiatry… It's yet another post I've been wanting to write for a long time… and it might require some further research… Anyway, let's get started.

Fragments 3

T.: We're already hot ^^
fc17: I beg to differ…
T.: Look at that butt.
fc17: Being hot isn't just about butts…
T.: And that hair.
fc17: It's more… holistic… Listing individual body parts won't get you anywhere…
T.: What'f I list alla them?
fc17: I definitely don't think all are hot… I don't want you to list all of them.
T.: But c'mon. That pancreas.

KinkList! ^^

So we recently stumbled over this project over here, and while the idea seemed pretty based, somea the answers, uh, might need some… adjustments. We're talking, in the meantime, I made a fork which's available here, license stayed the same as original, source code's at our website's source code.
