Removing the warrant canary, shutting down ProxiTok

We've had the warrant canary at /services/canary.html for a while now. However, we haven't been able to keep up with signing it regularly enough recently. Also, we don't think our services really need one, since we don't think we're processing any data that uh, would result in a search warrant being issued or the like. Most of our services don't store any data, and those that do are mostly either not open to the public, or are fully end-to-end-encrypted (the one exception being Jitsi, where end-to-end-encryption is optional).

So, we're removing the canary and it won't be accessible anymore in the future. While we're at it, we'll clean out some outdated entries on the Verify page, which we also haven't really been updating anymore.

In other news, we're shutting down our ProxiTok instance as ProxiTok doesn't seem to be maintained anymore and we can't get any videos to load through it, both with our home IP address and when tunnelling it through ProtonVPN.

(if you think this is somehow a sign of one of the conditions in the canary being triggered: no it's not, the commit adding this post to the Git repo will be GPG-signed, we don't feel like bothering with Minisign right now though)
